We ship within the United States from US warehouses. Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Parcel delivery usually takes 3-7 business days. Enclosures and large mats ship by freight in 5-14 business days with curbside delivery, and the carrier calls ahead to schedule. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns
Change or cancel free until your order ships. After that, request a return within 30 days of your order date; items must be new, unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and large or freight items (enclosures, screens, nets, simulator packages) carry a 15% restocking fee.
