Not happy? Email a photo of the item to info@simplegolfshop.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Keep it or donate it, no return needed. One claim per customer.
Items $100 and up: 30-day returns
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery for a return authorization. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Large or freight items may carry a manufacturer restocking fee, shown on the product page.
- Software, subscriptions, and activated launch monitor licenses are non-refundable once activated.
- Report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery. For freight deliveries, note any damage on the delivery receipt.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the return is inspected.

The Twin Sphere Putter has exceeded my expectations since the day I got my hands on it. The twin sphere putter is different than what I am used to but the balance and weight is perfect. Very easy to get the right speed on a putt when the club feels so balanced.
