Shipping
We ship within the United States from US warehouses. Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Parcel delivery usually takes 3-7 business days. Enclosures and large mats ship by freight in 5-14 business days with curbside delivery, and the carrier calls ahead to schedule. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns
Items under $100: email us a photo within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, no return needed. Items $100 and up: contact us within 30 days of delivery for a return authorization; items must be unused and in original packaging. Read the full policy.
